Presenting PARTNER - Graphic Resources

Graphic Resources owner Chuck Novotny has enjoyed watching Can Do Canines grow and evolve over the many years his company, Graphic Resources, has been a wonderful supporter of the organization and the Woofaroo.

“We believe in the cause,” Chuck says. “And we like the way they provide assistance dogs free of charge. The dogs are funded by people like yourself and myself. I think that’s a good thing."

He likes watching the dogs being trained to provide “customized” help to meet each client’s needs, and seeing them in action after graduation. “It’s incredible what these dogs can do,” says Chuck.

Chuck’s wife, Carolyn, and two children are fans of events including the Woofaroo festival and walk, graduation and Fetching Ball. “The Fetching Ball is a blast,” Chuck says, noting that his son and daughter, now grown, continue to attend this annual event.

Ask Chuck about Can Do Canines, and he’s quick to tell you that he respects not only the mission, but the founder (“a peach of a guy”), staff and volunteers.

“The Rogers Lions Club supports the Woofaroo because Can Do Canines assistance dogs provide a life-changing impact on the people they serve," says Rogers Lions President Tom Gustafson.

We serve. The Rogers Club takes that Lions Clubs International slogan to heart. For several years, the Rogers Lions has been a sponsor of the Woofaroo.

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization, with 1.35 million members in more than 46,000 clubs and countless stories of Lions acting on the same simple idea: let's improve our communities.

Lions say: “Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems get smaller. And communities get better. That's because we help where help is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy.” That sounds like the Rogers Lions and their commitment to Can Do Canines and the Woofaroo.
